My story

I was born and raised in Cameroon, and in 2015, I moved to France.
What was supposed to be a new beginning quickly became one of the hardest periods of my life. The change in environment, the cold weather, and the isolation deeply affected me. I became extremely withdrawn, spent most of my time alone, and slowly fell into a very unhealthy routine of staying in my room, eating emotionally, sleeping, and avoiding the world around me.

At the time, I was struggling not only physically, but mentally too. I was uncomfortable in my own body and avoided mirrors whenever I could. I wore oversized clothes to hide myself because I lacked confidence and didn’t recognize the person looking back at me.

When I first started my fitness journey, my only goal was simple: lose weight. But like many people starting without guidance, I approached it the wrong way. I barely ate, spent hours doing cardio, and pushed myself to extremes because I thought suffering was the only way to change. Yes, I lost weight quickly — but I also lost my energy, my happiness, and a part of myself in the process.

And when I eventually started eating normally again, I gained the weight back. That moment changed everything for me.

Instead of giving up, I decided to finally learn. I wanted to understand how the body works, why sustainable progress matters, and how to build a healthier relationship with fitness. That’s when I discovered strength training — and honestly, it changed my life.

My story

The gym became more than just a place to lose weight. It became a place where I rebuilt myself mentally and physically. I fell in love with the process of getting stronger, feeling capable, and seeing what consistency could do over time. Bodybuilding taught me discipline, confidence, patience, and self-respect.

In 2022, I moved to Canada with the goal of growing even more in this field and helping others do the same. Because for me, fitness is not only about changing your body — it’s about changing the way you see yourself.

Today, as a personal trainer, my mission is to help people build confidence, strength, and a healthier mindset in a way that is realistic, sustainable, and empowering. I know what it feels like to feel lost in your own body. I know what it feels like to start over. And I also know that transformation is possible when you stop punishing yourself and start working with yourself.

My goal isn’t to create perfection.
My goal is to help people become stronger — physically, mentally, and emotionally — one step at a time.
